Carrot Cake

I've planned to make this carrot cake quite sometime ago. Finally today after I've bake fruit muffins for my mom and fondant for myself, still I managed my time and baked the carrot cake, it came out and tasted great. I only baked it in half serving so that's why the cake was not that high enough.
