This order was for a friend, requested chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting........so they looked almost "blackout". The other one I simply put a bit of pink icing just to make them a bit lively.....

Lasagna Oh Lasagna

Assalamualaikum!,

ini permintaan anak Cik Jija yang kecik tu, selera dia macam-macam. Kadang tu dia minta main "order" je, dia ingat agaknya rumah dia tu macam di restoran atau macam hypermarket. Dah berapa kali tangguh, bukannya apa bahan-bahan penting tu tak beli lagi......Jadi malam Ahad lepas kami sekeluarga dapatla merasa Lasagna buatan sendiri.....tak sempat Cik Jija nak merakam bagaimana rupa Lasagna ni keluar dari dapur. Dah nak habis baru teringat. Tapi bila buat masak-masak macam ni Cik Jija teringat pada kekawan Cik Jija. Nantila ada rezeki sampai la....insyaallah. Cik Wan Kembang Kuncup, chicken pie tu macamana???? Agak-agak kalau makan chicken pie tu boleh mengembang tak?????

Buat ros fondant lagi....itula antara kerja-kerja yang Cik Jija buat pada masa lapang. Kalau tak memasak, menjahit manik baju ke ini la kerja tangan yang melekakan selain main PSP atau monopoli dengan anak-anak.

Last Friday was my eldest daughter's birthday. I only managed to bake and decorate her fondant birthday cake on Saturday. The roses I made them on the night before and the colors for the roses seemed not to suitable to match each other.....

Fondant Roses and Design Pieces

Hi all, I've managed to find time to make some roses from fondant and ......I do not know what actually to call the other one, just called them "design pieces", ahhh whatever. The fondant, I bought from Baking Project at a very-very reasonable price . Before it gets expired (one month from baking date) I must make something out of it. This week end I plan for another project with these fondant pieces. Just look those roses I've made, one of the pink roses is made by my son.....the making activity/process really made him so excited. Just like playing with your playdough.
